3.9" Ammonite Fossil with Pyrite, Large Pyritized Ammonite, Whole Polished, Iridescent, Calcite, Home Decor, Unique Gift for Her, for Him #3

$97.94
This large ammonite fossil has a beautiful golden Calcite color with lovely intricate suture patterns in it. A large part of it is golden Pyrite, and it has iridescent areas as well. It has a beautiful black line that goes around the outer center, which makes for some nice contrast and is just a very pretty touch. Nature is incredible.

Ammonites are fossils of spiral shelled critters called cephalopods that became extinct about 65 million years ago, and are most closely related to today's cuttlefish, squid and octopus.

Measures 3.9 x 3.2 x .9 inches

Weighs 258 grams, 9.2 ounces

Thanks for looking!
